Jenna has over 18 years of experience across all facets of tech recruitment and has built an outstanding reputation within the Technology industry in Australia.

After graduating with Honours in Psychology from Warwick University, Jenna started her career at SThree Group in Birmingham, UK, in February 2007. She excelled as a Recruiter in the .Net Development space and was selected to move to Sydney to manage their IT Perm Recruitment Team. Jenna spent five years with SThree in Sydney, using her enthusiasm and commitment to grow the team to eight consultants. This was achieved by building valuable client and candidate relationships and a deep understanding the I.T. recruitment market.

Through her experience as a Recruiter and Manager, Jenna appreciates the value of listening to and understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. Her approach is honest and consultative, allowing for traditional search methodologies and more up-to-date techniques across AI and social media platforms. The service is tailored to reflect the unique requirements of the client and candidate to ensure the best possible results.

During her eighteen years of experience, Jenna has taken job briefs, sourced candidates, and managed the end-to-end recruitment process for all major Technology verticals including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, IT Infrastructure & Networking, Data, Analytics & AI, Product Management, Cyber Security, Project & Program Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise & Solution Architecture, and Senior / Exec level roles.
